Raising Rock is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

All purchases are subject to our Exchange Policy. Customers are responsible for reviewing their order confirmations carefully, including whether items are marked as pre-order or in-stock, as this directly affects delivery timeframes.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and handling are additional unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide current and accurate payment information and authorize Raising Rock to charge your payment method for all amounts due.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship anywhere within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss transfer to you once items are provided to the carrier.
SECTION 6 – EXCHANGES ONLY (NO RETURNS)
Raising Rock does not offer refunds or returns. We offer exchanges only, which must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start an exchange, please contact us at ann@raisingrockco.com. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item). Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
⭐ Please note: Ethos is our partner for apparel. All apparel ships directly from them and, because items are made-to-order, they cannot be exchanged or returned.
