Raising Rock Exchange Policy

Exchanges Only
We do not offer returns or refunds. Instead, we are happy to provide product exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, please contact us at ann@raisingrockco.com. If your exchange is approved, we’ll send you instructions. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item). Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note: Ethos is our partner for apparel. All apparel ships directly from them and, because items are made-to-order, they cannot be exchanged or returned.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Shipping Limitations
We currently ship within the continental United States as well as Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
