Raising Rock Shipping Policy
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 2β3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Order Types (In-Stock, Pre-Order, Apparel)
- Please carefully review the product listing and your order confirmation email to see if your item is an in-stock purchase, a pre-order, or apparel fulfilled by Ethos.
- In-stock items ship after standard processing times (2β3 business days).
- Pre-order items will ship according to the estimated release date listed on the product page.
- Ethos apparel orders are fulfilled directly by our partner Ethos. These do not follow Raising Rockβs processing time and typically take 2β3 weeks to ship. Confirmation, shipping updates, and order details are handled directly through Ethos.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary. Raising Rock is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.
- Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship anywhere in the United States.
- At this time, we do not ship internationally.
PO Boxes
- Some carriers may have restrictions delivering to P.O. boxes. If a delivery issue occurs, we will contact you to arrange an alternate shipping address.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
- Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and delivery updates.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
- Raising Rock is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
- If you received the wrong item, or your order is missing items, contact us immediately at ann@raisingrockco.com so we can make it right.
Exchanges Only
- Raising Rock does not accept returns or issue refunds. We offer exchanges only within 14 days of receiving your order. For full details, see our Exchange Policy.
- Ethos apparel orders are made-to-order and cannot be exchanged or returned. All confirmations and order questions for apparel must be handled directly with Ethos.
